Lindsay Lincoln
Lindsay Lincoln brings more than two decades of progressive leadership experience across manufacturing, production management, plant operations, acquisition transitions, and corporate strategy to Northmark Holdings Group.
She began her career at Polaris as a welder and advanced through positions in weld-shop leadership, production management, and assistant plant management—giving her a practical understanding of operations from the production floor through senior leadership.
Lindsay later joined Hill Stainless as Production Manager and advanced to Plant Manager, overseeing personnel, production performance, scheduling, safety, quality, workflow, and organizational accountability.
As Chief Executive Officer of Northmark Holdings Group, Lindsay establishes the company’s strategic direction and oversees acquisition strategy, portfolio development, financial discipline, risk management, and long-term organizational growth.
Victor Lincoln
Victor Lincoln brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across manufacturing, construction, industrial operations, logistics, supply chain, and multi-site organizational management to Northmark Holdings Group.
His career has included responsibility for complex production environments, operational performance, safety, quality, profitability, capital projects, procurement, automation, and workforce development.
Throughout his career, Victor has focused on strengthening underperforming operations, developing accountable leadership teams, improving production and supply-chain performance, and implementing systems that support measurable, sustainable results.
At Northmark, Victor leads acquisition evaluation, operational due diligence, integration planning, and portfolio-company oversight.
